Realign & Restore: Postpartum 6 Week Exercise Class Series
This series is designed to help new moms reconnect with their bodies, regain strength, and restore confidence. With guidance from our pelvic health physiotherapists. This class is great for moms at least 6 weeks postpartum and cleared for exercise by a physician, or up to 2 years postpartum
Gentle bodyweight and banded exercises to improve awareness and control of your pelvic floor, core and coordination.
Resistance and functional movements to build strength for daily life.
A supportive and welcoming community to keep you motivated
Ideally, you’ve had a postpartum pelvic health assessment (recommended, but not required unless using extended benefits)
No prior exercise experience needed
Babies UNDER 6 MONTHS are welcome!
