Let's do this!!  The Annual Community Move Your Mood December Challenge is kicking off Friday December 1st!!! This challenge is to encourage each and every one of us to set the intention of moving for one mile a day and then taking action on it - Bike, swim, run, walk, cross-country ski….we don’t care how we move, we just want to move! We are excited to share that this year’s registration fee is going towards the Magic of Christmas.

The Magic of Christmas is all about bringing the joy and spirit of the holiday season to families in need. Santa and his Elves make a special visit to spread support, cheer, and gifts in Okotoks, Black Diamond, Turner Valley, and High River.

This year, the focus is on fundraising for Teens and Adults, filling an important gap in their support. The campaign has begun and ends on December 6 at the ORENDA + RST Studio. We will also be collecting items so keep an eye out for the MOC Wishlist with specific items which can be found in the clinic. Plus, mark your calendar for a Wrapping Party on December 6 to add that festive touch.
