One of THE MOST COMMON things I hear. ME: “When did you first experience discomfort”, YOU: “last year, I just thought it would go away” 

We often miss or don’t want to accept the warning signs our body gives us, you know, those subtle whispers of “my knee is sore”, “my back feels stiff”, “I have morning pain and stiffness”. If it doesn’t go away on its own in 7 to 10 days it’s a good idea to get it checked out.
